At Meer, we aim to ensure that your orders are delivered quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please take a moment to review our shipping terms below.


1. Delivery Timeframe

All orders placed through our official website are processed within 1–2 business days.
Once dispatched, your order will typically be delivered within 3–5 business days across Pakistan.

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, public holidays, or courier availability.


2. Shipping Charges

Standard shipping rates will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery location and order size.
Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions which will be clearly mentioned on our website or social platforms.


3. Delivery Attempts & Penalty

Our courier partner will make one delivery attempt at your provided address.
If you fail to receive the parcel on the first attempt due to reasons from your side (such as unavailability or incorrect address), a second delivery attempt can be arranged.

However, please note that a Rs. 200 re-delivery fee will be applied for the second attempt.
Failure to accept the parcel after the second attempt may result in order cancellation, and future orders may require advance payment.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS so you can monitor your parcel’s progress in real time.


5. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel at meerofficialpk@gmail.com with your order details and photos of the issue. We’ll do our best to resolve the matter promptly.
