While we do not offer refunds, we do provide an exchange option under certain conditions. Please review the details below before making a request.

1. No Refund Policy

Meer currently does not offer cash refunds on any purchases. All sales are considered final once confirmed.

2. Exchange Eligibility

We understand that sometimes sizing can vary — if your selected size doesn’t fit as expected, you may request an exchange for a different size, subject to availability.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The request must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • The item should be in the same condition as received.

Please note that exchanges are only applicable for size issues and depend on stock availability at the time of your request.

3. Accurate Size Charts

We ensure that all size charts displayed on our website are accurate and true to measurement. We strongly encourage customers to review the size guide carefully before placing an order to minimize sizing issues.

4. Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange, contact us at meerofficialpk@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +92 335 2049 313 with your order number and the details of the item you wish to exchange.
Once approved, you will be guided on how to return the product for exchange.

The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of sending the item back, while Meer will cover the cost of sending the exchanged item once approved.

5. Non-Exchangeable Items

Exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Worn, damaged, or altered items.

  • Sale or clearance items.

  • Items returned without original tags or packaging.
